SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive a tracking number for your order ONLY after it has been shipped. Your order will be shipped in 2-5 business days.

RETURN /REFUND POLICY
PRODUCTS

Before a refund/exchange can be initiated, please contact us at service@diastasisrehab.com.

All items MUST be sent in a manner in which they can be traced.

A Refund will ONLY be given:

  1. With the Internet Receipt included in the box.
  2. With a note written on the receipt with what you are wanting.
  3. On all unopened items (Diastasis Rehab Splint® and streamed videos excluded) in the same condition as they were received after being checked by our staff. If an item is deemed “used” and is unacceptable for a refund, we will contact you by email, so you can determine what you want us to do with it. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
  4. On items (Diastasis Rehab Splint® and streamed videos excluded) received within 30 days of purchase. The purchase date can be found on the top of your receipt.
  5. On the products only. Your shipping fee is non-refundable.
  6. On products that we actually receive. If they get lost in the, we cannot give you a refund. Please send your package in a manner it can be traced. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
  7. Less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total price of product or package.
  8. The Diastasis Rehab Splint® is not returnable for a refund.
  9. There are no refunds on videos that are streamed. 

SERVICES

Private Sessions – a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all private sessions. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the session.

Everybelly® Seminar - For this seminar, cancellations with refunds are allowed up to 7 days prior to the workshop. After this time, the client will be charged for the cost of the workshop and no refunds will be given. Please note if you do not attend the workshop, you will be allowed to attend the next workshop only if there is space available. Seminars are given three times a year. there is no expiration date.

18 Week Ongoing Online Support Program - Once registered, there are no refunds for this course. There is no expiration date on this program. 

Buyer contractually agrees that buyer shall not disparage the Seller's products, its agents, employees, licensees, and representatives.  The verb “disparage” shall mean any communication of any kind whatsoever which is intended to or which would reasonably be construed to be derogatory, comment negatively about, lower in rank or reputation, degrade, harm, depreciate, belittle, ridicule, discredit, demean, be critical of, impugn the character of, malign, harm, lead to unwanted or unfavorable publicity about or otherwise damage or adversely affect the reputation of Seller's products, its agents, employees, licensees, and representatives.  Nothing herein shall prevent the buyer from making any truthful statement in connection with any legal proceeding.  Buyer and seller acknowledge that this provision is a material term of this contract, the absence of which would have resulted in the Seller refusing to enter into this Agreement.

 

VIDEO STREAMING

To use this service, you will have to use a one-time license code and then set up a user name and password. Your use name and password are personal and define you as an authenticated user.  Sharing of these details with anyone else is strictly forbidden and is grounds for termination of this service. Our system is set up to monitor any “sharing”.   Each user is allowed two different IP addresses to watch on two different devices. If more IP addresses are discovered or two different IP addresses with same user name are watching simultaneously, your service will be terminated.  This service will expire in one year after your first log in.    

 TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VIDEO STREAMING

These terms and conditions relating to the purchase and use of digitalized versions of Tupler Inc. video content (“Digital Content”) from the Diastasis Rehab Video (the “Service”) are Additional Terms to the Terms of Service for DiastasisRehab.com (the “Site Terms of Use”) and thus are incorporated into, and form a part of, the Site Terms of Use which can be read at: Click here. 

References below to the Site Terms of Use shall include these Additional Terms. The Site Terms of Use, including these Additional Terms, is a binding agreement between Tupler Inc., on the one hand, and you, and you, on the other hand. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Site Terms of Use. Without limiting the foregoing, the Digital Content shall be deemed to be included within the definition of “Products” in the Site Terms of use. Description of the Streaming Service

The Service is operated by Tupler Inc. Subject to your payment of any applicable fees, the Service allows you to access and view Digital Content for your own personal, non-commercial use for one (1) year from the date of your first log in.  You may access the Digital Content for viewing by streaming a copy on a personal computer, portable media player, or other device that meets the system and compatibility requirements that we establish from time to time and is otherwise capable of interacting with the Service (each such device, a "Compatible Device"). We may change the requirements for Compatible Devices from time to time and, in some cases, whether a device is (or remains) a Compatible Device may depend on software or systems provided or maintained by the device manufacturer or other third parties. As a result, devices that are Compatible Devices at one time may cease to be Compatible Devices in the future. 

 Permitted Use of Digital Content

From time to time, we may add or remove Digital Content from the Service and may change the basis on which Digital Content is available on the Service

Subject to your payment of any applicable fees (including applicable taxes) to obtain access to Digital Content, and your compliance with all other terms we specify for Digital Content or the Service, Tupler Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, limited right and license, to access, view, use and display the Digital Content for Non-Commercial, Private Use. As used herein, "Non-Commercial, Private Use" means a presentation of Digital Content for which no fee or consideration of any kind (other than that which you pay to us to view the Digital Content) is charged or received, which takes place in your private home or, if outside your private home (e.g., in a coffee shop, hotel room, dorm room, office, or waiting lounge) is limited to a private viewing for youand your invitees. Non-Commercial, Private Use specifically excludes any public  presentation (e.g., a presentation in a dorm lounge) and any presentation by a place of public accommodation or other commercial establishment (e.g., a bar or restaurant), even if no fee is charged for viewing the Digital Content.

 You may not transfer, copy or display the Digital Content, except as permitted in this Agreement. In addition, you may not: (a) sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense or otherwise assign any right to the Digital Content to any third party; or (b) use the Service or Digital Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.

In furtherance of the foregoing, you are responsible for protecting your user name and password that you create to access the Digital Content and you shall not share your user name and password with anyone. Sharing your user name and password is grounds for terminating your access.
